If you are not satisfied with an item, it's possible to exchange it for a giftcard. Please mention this by e-mail directly after receiving the order. The total order amount (purchase + shipping) will be compensated by means of this store credit. Shipping costs for return should be paid by the customer.

When we received your returned product(s) you will receive the giftcard code asap by e-mail.
Giftcards are not exchangeable for money and have no expiration date. They are also valid for purchase in our store in Eindhoven and Rotterdam, The Netherlands. 

Return instructions

All returned products must come back at Doortje Vintage in the same condition as you received them in, within 4 days. This term is not valid for customers outside the Netherlands.
