DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?
Yes, setting up an account is very easy and allows you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. It also gives you the benefit of having a clear view of your order history. Please note that the data given by the customer, will be treated with confidence.

HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
Vintage clothing is often sized differently than present day clothing. Because of this we highly recommend that all our customers read our given measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing an item. If you are unsure that an item will fit you, please compare the given measurements to a similar item you own.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We offer you the following payment options:

Paypal (direct payment)

A easy and quick way to create a free account. As a Paypal user you can transfer an amount from you bankaccount to your own Paypal account. This gives you the possibility to make a payment from your Paypal account to one of many Paypal partners worldwide.

iDEAL (direct payment)

With iDEAL it's possible to pay in a reliable, safe, easy and fast way in your own trusted internet payment environment with the specific safety methods of your own bank. Access to internet banking at one of the participating banks (ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, Regio Bank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers) is enough to use iDEAL.

Payment in advance by bank

The customer transfers the amount due to bank account 1137.39.818 (IBAN nr: NL33 RABO 0113 73 98 18 - BIC code: RABONL2U) to Doortje Originals in Eindhoven (the Netherlands), mentioning the order number. The amount due should be on our bank account within het period of 5 days (7 days for international customers). If this period is exceeded, the order will be cancelled.

Cash payment

This is only possible if you collect the order at our shop in Eindhoven (the Netherlands)

Giftcards

Giftcards are available for purchase online and store in Eindhoven and Rotterdam.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFTCARD?

To make a purchase using your giftcard you must first create an account or log in on our website. At your shoppingcart you will be able to enter your giftcard code in the field “Discount codes / Giftcards”. This will deduct the full amount of the giftcard from your order total. If your giftcard is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your giftcard, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases with the same giftcard code.
Giftcards are not exchangeable for money and have no expiration date.

HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFTCARD BALANCE?

You must be signed in to check the balance of your giftcard. Click on 'My Account' and go to 'Giftcard balance'. Now you can enter your unique code to check the giftcard balance.

 

Shipping & Delivery

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order by signing into your account and selecting “My orders”. 

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT?
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has been shipped out. All our packages will be shipped with TNT Post and are traceable. Envelopes are not traceable (worldwide) except on request. 

I DON'T LIVE IN THE NETHERLANDS, CAN I ORDER FROM YOU?

Return Policy

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with an item, it's possible to exchange it for a giftcard. Please mention this by e-mail directly after receiving the order. The total order amount (purchase + originally shipping) will be compensated by means of this store credit. Shipping costs for return should be paid by the customer. When we received your returned product(s) you will receive the giftcard code asap by e-mail. Giftcards are not exchangeable for money and have no expiration date. They are also valid for purchase in our store in Eindhoven and Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Return instructions

All returned products must come back at Doortje Originals in the same condition as you received them in, within 4 days. This term is not valid for customers outside the Netherlands.
