About Vintage
Vintage,
n; products, second hand or never used (deadstock), manufactured in the ’50 | ’60 | ’70 | ’80 and early ’90.
There is always some style from the past that has been made new again, but a vintage piece is the original from that era. When you purchase a vintage piece, you are getting something that cannot be found at every chain store by the thousands. It’s limited, if not one of a kind, an item just for you.
Vintage reflects the best of what each decade has to offer. It’s lovely to dress entirely in vintage from one decade to a dress up party. But if you don’t want to look like you stepped out of a time machine, it’s beautiful to mix vintage with basics like jeans, a simple blazer, legging or t-shirt.

Quality
Vintage is quality. The main reason for this is that better materials and techniques were used in the past than today. There was a lot more emphasis on products being well made because they simply had to last longer.
Recycling
Vintage is good for our planet. Every time you buy or use a vintage piece instead of newly manufactured (non eco-friendly), you’ll help the environment. For every new item that is made, a harmful footprint will be left behind on earth, which is a burden for the environment.

CONDITION
Our vintage items have had a past life. Most are secondhand, so please be aware that some vintage items do show small signs of wear. The condition will be displayed with stars. Any major flaws will be clearly mentioned in the description. Occasionally we carry ‘deadstock’ (never used) items. These pieces are unworn and come with original tags.
